About Flow with Rachel

Rachel Wakeman’s journey with Yoga started back in her teenage years, taking yoga classes with her mom, and grew from a hobby into a passion over time.

Since 2023 she has been working in a variety of studios and gyms in the Pittsburgh area, providing one-on-one guidance, conducting recovery workshops with college sports teams, volunteering at local running clubs, and teaching everything from 101 Basics to sweaty, advanced strength classes.

Her passion lies in making yoga accessible and unique for every person who steps onto the mat, centering practice around the student’s time and attention with themselves, integrating mindfulness and the other 7 limbs of Yoga as deeply as possible.

Rachel is also an experienced event planner, and is happy to help to organize your event where support is needed.
